- Starter — $29/mo (or $278.40/yr) 300 conversations/month, up to 1,000 products, 5 languages, smart discounts, live chat handoff.
- Growth — $79/mo (or $758.40/yr) 1,000 conversations/month, up to 5,000 products, 9 languages, Klaviyo & Shopify Flow, full analytics.
- Pro — $199/mo (or $1,910.40/yr) 3,000 conversations/month, unlimited products, same 9 languages, all features, no "Powered by" badge.
Good to know: All paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
Good to know: There's no downgrade or cancel button inside the app — that's handled from Shopify Admin → Apps, per the note on this page.
Good to know: Annual billing on any paid plan saves 20% compared to paying monthly.
