Synced Data — What Aria Has Actually Read From Your Store

Aria doesn't check your live Shopify store every time it answers a question — it works from a copy of your products, collections, pages, and blog posts that gets "synced" into it. This page lets you see exactly what's in that copy, confirm a sync worked, and hide anything you don't want Aria to mention.
What you'll see
  • A "Sync Now" button to re-import everything.
  • Four tabs: Products, Collections, Pages (policies, FAQs, and shipping rates combined), and Blogs.
  • A search box and filters for each tab.
  • A donut chart summarizing how many items of each type are synced.
  • The date/time of your last successful sync.

Settings and actions

  • Sync Now - Runs a full re-import of products, collections, policies, shipping rates, and blog posts.
  • Status filter (All / Visible / Hidden) - Lets you review everything currently excluded from chat answers.
  • Hide / show icon (per item) - Excludes or restores a single item from Aria's answers. Doesn't delete anything, and survives future re-syncs.
  • Bulk Hide / Show - Select several items with the checkboxes, then hide or show them all in one click.
Who can use this: How many products can sync depends on your plan: Free = up to 100, Starter = up to 1,000, Growth = up to 5,000, Pro = unlimited. Collections, pages, and blog posts are never capped by plan.
Good to know: If your catalog is bigger than your plan's limit, there's no on-screen warning — you'd notice only by comparing the synced count here to your real catalog size.
Good to know: The page only ever displays up to 500 items per tab for speed. If you have more than that, a note tells you "showing X of Y" — this is just a display limit, unrelated to your plan's product cap.
