Home — Your Dashboard

This is the very first screen you see when you open the app. Think of it as a cockpit view: at a glance you can tell whether Aria (your chatbot) is working, how busy it's been, and whether anything needs your attention.
What you'll see
Settings and actions on this page
Good to know: Your usage bar shows conversations used this month. On the Free plan the label says "lifetime," but it actually resets every month just like the paid plans — the wording is a little misleading.
Good to know: You may occasionally see two "widget not live" banners at once. That's not a bug repeating itself — they're just two separate reminders about the same issue (your storefront chat isn't turned on yet).
What you'll see
- A row of quick stats: Resolution Rate, total Conversations, and how many got Escalated to a human.
- A chart of conversations over the week or month.
- Your current plan and how much of your monthly conversation allowance you've used.
- Your 5 most recent conversations.
- A checklist to finish setup (only shown until you complete it).
- Shortcuts to the Inbox, Analytics, and Knowledge Base.
- Banners that pop up when something needs attention — for example, if your chat widget isn't live yet, or you're close to your monthly conversation limit.
Settings and actions on this page
- Sync Products button - Tells Aria to re-read your latest products, collections, and policies from Shopify so its answers stay up to date.
- Finish Setup checklist - Three things worth doing early: turn on the chat widget in your theme, sync your products, and set up at least one discount trigger. Disappears automatically once all three are done.
- Upgrade Plan button - Takes you to the Billing page to move to a paid plan.
- Week / Month chart toggle - Switches the conversations chart between a 7-day and 30-day view. Doesn't reload anything — it's instant.
